Support onshore/offshore delivery and contribute to technical design discussions.

Lead QA for enterprise retail systems, focusing on WMS/AS400 and Oracle Retail. Design test strategy, build/maintain automated and manual test suites (Selenium/UFT), execute integration/end-to-end/regression/report/interface testing, mentor teams, manage defects, and improve QA processes and metrics.
