Advises executives, the Audit Committee, and Board on cyber risk and investments; manages budgets, security technologies, crisis response, and business continuity. Builds and leads the cybersecurity organization while aligning protection, innovation, and operational continuity with business goals.

Leads software implementation and development across the supply chain technology portfolio. Manages functional and technical teams, enterprise application delivery, vendor relationships, budgets, standards, emerging technology evaluations, and complex solution decisions. The role partners with senior stakeholders, oversees scalable WMS and TMS capabilities, and supports multiple initiatives while maintaining onsite leadership and operational compliance.

Leads the digital development team and oversees front-end technology, UI architecture, reusable components, pattern libraries, responsive web properties, code quality, testing, and software releases. Collaborates with design, product, business, QA, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues, improve usability and performance, evaluate technologies, and deliver scalable, high-quality ecommerce experiences.

Leads the design, implementation, and operation of an enterprise data platform supporting secure, scalable data integration and consumption. Translates business requirements into scalable, secure technical architectures, designs, diagrams, and specifications. Collaborates with merchandising, distribution, IT, and business stakeholders; facilitates requirements refinement, design reviews, governance approvals, and architecture decisions. Recommends technology solutions, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning options while aligning with enterprise standards, service-level requirements, and total cost of ownership.

Designs and improves distribution center operations through industrial engineering analysis, material handling and automation evaluations, capital investment analysis, ROI modeling, and process improvement. Supports system design, vendor evaluations, installation, testing, commissioning, and operational ramp-up. Produces technical documentation, reports, presentations, and business cases while collaborating with vendors, maintenance, engineering, and leadership. Mentors entry-level engineers and managers and travels up to 15% of the time.

Administer, configure, maintain, and integrate enterprise identity and access management platforms, including Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingFederate. Manage identity lifecycle automation, role-based access control, access certification, recertification, and IAM rule engines. Support application integrations, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, maintain test environments, conduct root cause analysis, mitigate risks, and collaborate with department leaders on roles, workflows, and access solutions.

Participate in a 10-week corporate internship supporting projects across finance, merchandising, HR, IT, marketing, or supply chain. Evaluate processes, contribute to department goals, apply academic knowledge to business challenges, collaborate with mentors, improve processes, and present project results to executive leadership. The internship requires strong communication, organization, analysis, research, presentation, and teamwork skills, along with flexibility for in-office work and relocation to Katy, Texas.

Lead FP&A activities including annual planning, monthly forecasting, executive reporting, and financial analysis. Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, ROI and margin initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver actionable insights to meet financial targets.

Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, securities law, SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions for a public company. Support Board and committee governance, investor disclosures, subsidiary management, and capital markets activities. Advise executives and cross-functional teams, lead due diligence and governance reviews, monitor developments in cybersecurity and AI, and leverage legal technology to improve research, drafting, and operational efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment.

Lead design, development, and enhancement of IBM Sterling Order Management solutions across order capture, sourcing, fulfillment, inventory, payments, returns, and customer care. Provide technical leadership, build integrations with external systems, improve system stability and scalability, conduct code reviews, participate in SDLC and Agile processes, mentor team members, and troubleshoot production issues.

Design, build, and iterate AI agents, copilots, and assistant experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform. Configure knowledge sources, partner with stakeholders to prototype solutions, evaluate agent performance, refine prompts and grounding, and document and package reusable templates toward production readiness.

Develop and maintain eCommerce features, collaborate with teams for project delivery, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers.
