Owns end-to-end solution architecture and implementation for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and related supply chain systems. Translates business requirements into scalable, secure technical architectures, designs, diagrams, and specifications. Collaborates with merchandising, distribution, IT, and business stakeholders; facilitates requirements refinement, design reviews, governance approvals, and architecture decisions. Recommends technology solutions, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning options while aligning with enterprise standards, service-level requirements, and total cost of ownership.

Mentors entry-level engineers and managers and travels up to 15% of the time.

Administer, configure, maintain, and integrate enterprise identity and access management platforms, including Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingFederate. Manage identity lifecycle automation, role-based access control, access certification, recertification, and IAM rule engines. Support application integrations, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, maintain test environments, conduct root cause analysis, mitigate risks, and collaborate with department leaders on roles, workflows, and access solutions.

Designs and governs scalable, secure financial systems architecture using Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle EBS. Translates business requirements into solution, integration, and security designs; evaluates technology options; participates in architecture governance; documents technical specifications; and supports production stability, enhancements, optimization, proofs of concept, and finance transformation initiatives.

Participate in a 10-week corporate internship supporting projects across finance, merchandising, HR, IT, marketing, or supply chain. Lead FP&A activities including annual planning, monthly forecasting, executive reporting, and financial analysis. Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, ROI and margin initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver actionable insights to meet financial targets.

Provide technical leadership, build integrations with external systems, improve system stability and scalability, conduct code reviews, participate in SDLC and Agile processes, mentor team members, and troubleshoot production issues.

Design, build, and iterate AI agents, copilots, and assistant experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform. Configure knowledge sources, partner with stakeholders to prototype solutions, evaluate agent performance, refine prompts and grounding, and document and package reusable templates toward production readiness.

Develop and maintain eCommerce features, collaborate with teams for project delivery, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers.

Perform invoice processing (2-way/3-way matching), enter and scan invoices into ERP, confirm approvals, reconcile monthly statements, resolve vendor discrepancies, manage vendor communications and group inbox, escalate issues, and support cross-training while following company policies.
