Sources, purchases, negotiates, and expedites materials, equipment, and services for EPC or industrial construction projects. Processes requisitions and purchase orders, manages vendors, tracks deliveries and costs, coordinates with planning, site, QC, and warehouse teams, maintains procurement records, resolves supplier discrepancies, and supports customs documentation and vendor evaluation while ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Supports construction schedule development, progress monitoring, and reporting. Collects and validates field progress data, updates Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project schedules, prepares progress reports, tracks quantities and productivity, develops look-ahead schedules, identifies deviations, and supports progress curves, histograms, manpower planning, equipment tracking, and client reporting.

Leads health, safety, and environment management for EPC and construction projects. Develops HSE plans, supervises safety personnel, conducts risk assessments and audits, investigates incidents, manages corrective actions, coordinates training and emergency drills, ensures regulatory compliance, reports performance to management, and promotes a strong site safety culture.

Lead Planner develops and maintains Primavera P6 project schedules, integrates discipline schedules, monitors progress, analyzes critical paths and variances, identifies schedule risks, and prepares progress reports. The role coordinates scheduling interfaces across construction, procurement, and engineering; supports recovery planning, change orders, claims, look-ahead schedules, and progress measurement; supervises planners and presents schedule status to project stakeholders.

Manages project quality control for piping, civil, and mechanical construction. Develops quality plans and ITPs, supervises inspectors, oversees inspections, testing, hold points, NDE reports, material certificates, NCRs, audits, calibration, third-party inspections, and final quality dossiers. Coordinates with clients and consultants, reports quality performance, and trains site teams on QC requirements.

Supports EPC and industrial construction project execution by managing engineering documentation, coordinating technical deliverables and queries, reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting procurement and constructability, ensuring technical compliance, tracking punch-list items, and assisting with commissioning, handover, reporting, and as-built documentation.

Leads EPC construction project execution from mobilization through close-out, managing budgets, schedules, quality, HSE, risks, contracts, resources, and stakeholder relationships. Oversees construction, quality control, planning, procurement, and HSE functions for piping, civil, and mechanical scopes. Coordinates clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams; reports progress; manages changes and claims; supports proposals; and ensures compliant project handover and lessons learned.

Lead the mechanical discipline for EPC projects specializing in rotating equipment. Plan, schedule, and control mechanical engineering activities; coordinate teams; support procurement, bidding, construction, commissioning, and FAT/SAT; prepare technical specifications and data sheets for pumps and compressors; ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco/SABIC and international codes; participate in safety and value-engineering studies to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Design and engineer pressure vessels, storage tanks, and heat exchangers per ASME, API, and TEMA standards. Perform mechanical calculations with PV Elite/COMPRESS, prepare nozzle loadings, supports, weld designs, and assembly drawings. Coordinate outsourced deliverables, QA/QC, procurement and fabrication support, and ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco/client specifications to deliver complete project engineering packages.
