We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated PS Execution Incharge / Head - Mechanical - Shutdown / Turnaround to lead our mechanical shutdown and turnaround projects. Responsibilities- Plan and Lead all mechanical shutdown and turnaround activities from initiation to completion.
- Lead and coordinate the execution team to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
- Develop detailed execution plans and schedules in alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor and control project progress, performance, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of the shutdown.
- Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with mechanical shutdown operations.
- Conduct post-shutdown reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven 10+ experience in managing mechanical shutdowns and turnaround projects in the Oil & Energy industry. 3+ years as managerial experience / team leader experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
