Fabricate stainless-steel bioprocess equipment using cutting, grinding, polishing, bending, assembly, and electropolishing. Read blueprints, operate cranes/forklifts, install utility lines, maintain shop equipment, follow safety procedures, support continuous improvement, and travel as required.

Lead end-to-end engineering projects for bioprocess equipment; manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and change control; coordinate cross-functional teams; serve as primary customer contact; review technical specs and P&IDs; ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Travel as required.

Design and release detail and assembly drawings and BOMs for bioprocess pressure vessels and agitation systems using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Review customer specs, maintain project files, support manufacturing and quality with as-built documentation, travel as needed, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Create and maintain 3D models, detail and assembly drawings, piping arrangements, spools, and BOMs for bioprocess equipment using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Support design reviews, generate ECNs, provide manufacturing and as-built documentation, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and customers. Travel as required.

Design and specify bioprocess and clean utility systems, produce and review P&IDs/GA drawings/BOMs, perform equipment sizing calculations, support project delivery and budgets, act as technical customer contact, lead FAT/SAT, collaborate with automation/electrical, and drive continuous improvement.

Create and maintain 3D models, detail and assembly drawings, spool drawings, and BOMs for bioprocess equipment using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Support design reviews, generate ECNs, provide manufacturing support, and produce as-built documentation while adhering to ASME/BPE standards and project timelines.

Design, specify, commission, and support biopharmaceutical process and utility equipment. Assist project managers with scope, cost control, vendor technical review, calculations, documentation (P&IDs, GAs, BOMs, FRS/DDS), automation interfaces, FAT/SAT execution, and continuous improvement. Serve as customer technical contact and support manufacturing, quality, and commissioning activities; travel to customer sites as required.

Lead global commercial strategy and customer acquisition for stainless steel and hybrid bioprocess equipment. Drive pipeline development, close large complex deals, expand existing accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor sales team, and represent the business unit at industry events to meet revenue, booking, and margin targets.

Drive regional sales for CSR single-use systems within MidAtlantic territory. Develop and execute sales plans, identify and close new accounts, grow existing relationships, collaborate with product and applications teams, represent ABEC at industry events, provide forecasts and market analysis, and travel extensively (60-75%).

Serve as primary customer contact for Custom Single Run accounts, translating needs into technical solutions, coordinating with Operations and Engineering, supporting project execution (FAT/SAT), hosting customer visits, forecasting activity, driving continuous improvement, and traveling up to 50% to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Oversee material handling, inventory and international shipments; manage ERP inventory transactions, prepare shipping/export documentation, coordinate inbound/outbound transportation, conduct cycle counts, resolve logistics discrepancies, support Kanban replenishment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure on-time customer shipments.

Design custom stainless-steel bioprocess equipment: create 3D models, fabrication drawings, piping layouts, and BOMs using Autodesk Inventor/AutoCAD. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and quality from concept through production. Interpret customer specifications, support manufacturing and design reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and grow a global electrical engineering team to design and deliver complex electrical systems (power distribution, control panels, instrumentation) for regulated bioprocessing equipment. Oversee project delivery, standardize architectures and workflows, drive continuous improvement, collaborate cross-functionally, manage external partners, and define long-term electrical engineering strategy to improve quality, manufacturability, and global execution.

Responsible for driving regional revenue growth for Custom Single-Use (CSR) systems by developing new accounts, expanding existing relationships, providing technical sales support, forecasting, and representing ABEC at industry events. Collaborates with product, applications, and cross-functional teams, meets activity standards, and travels extensively (60–75%).
