Seasonal internship (May–August) offering hands-on industry experience, mentorship, training, and networking. Interns work under guidance to develop professional skills; candidates should be students or recent graduates with basic relevant knowledge, strong communication and teamwork, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

Support product portfolio initiatives for stainless steel and hybrid bioprocess equipment: market and competitive analysis, product requirements and launches, cost and profitability improvement, validation and technical support, and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and applications to drive product performance and margin growth. Participate in testing, documentation, and value engineering; assist with pricing, market assessments, and product training materials. Travel as required.

Drive product strategy and lifecycle for CSR product portfolio: define specifications, oversee new product development, support go-to-market and product marketing, train stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement across functions.
