Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, resolve product and tooling issues through root cause analysis, support capital investments, train teams on Lean/Kaizen, audit processes, and participate in supplier qualification, safety, and quality programs.

Lead and grow a global electrical engineering team to design and deliver complex electrical systems (power distribution, control panels, instrumentation) for regulated bioprocessing equipment. Oversee project delivery, standardize architectures and workflows, drive continuous improvement, collaborate cross-functionally, manage external partners, and define long-term electrical engineering strategy to improve quality, manufacturability, and global execution.

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet schedules and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/CI, optimize capacity and equipment, build high-performing teams, enforce safety and compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business goals.
