Leader-in-Training (LIT) is a hands-on, six-month leadership development role preparing candidates for Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader positions. Responsibilities include completing LIT training, supporting store operations and merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, supervisory skills development, participating in store events and projects, traveling to other stores, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Participate in a hands-on leadership development program to prepare for assistant/store leader roles. Complete training, support store operations (opening/closing, cash control, receiving), merchandising, inventory control, supervise and train team members, travel to other stores as needed, and support company initiatives while maintaining a safe, customer-focused store environment.

Provide personalized wine and spirits recommendations and excellent guest service, drive in-store sales, train and mentor team members, operate POS, restock and merchandize, assist with deliveries and store events, maintain compliance and Responsible Vendor status, and perform physical stocking and store upkeep tasks.

Provide friendly guest service, maintain clean and well-stocked merchandise, operate the POS to process payments, verify age for alcohol/tobacco sales, assist with deliveries and merchandising, perform physical tasks (lifting, stocking, ladder use), and complete required training to support daily store operations.
