Leader-in-Training (LIT) is a hands-on, six-month leadership development role preparing candidates for Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader positions. Responsibilities include completing LIT training, supporting store operations and merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, supervisory skills development, participating in store events and projects, traveling to other stores, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Participate in a hands-on leadership development program to prepare for assistant/store leader roles. Complete training, support store operations (opening/closing, cash control, receiving), merchandising, inventory control, supervise and train team members, travel to other stores as needed, and support company initiatives while maintaining a safe, customer-focused store environment.

Participate in a 6-month leadership development program to prepare for assistant/store leader roles. Complete training, assist with store operations (opening/closing, cash control, receiving), merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and team supervision. Travel between stores as needed, support store initiatives (resets, remodels, events), and maintain a clean, safe environment while communicating progress with management.
