Participant in a 6-month leadership development program to train for assistant/store leader roles. Complete training, build supervisory and operational skills (merchandising, inventory, cash control, scheduling), travel between stores, support store initiatives, and perform hands-on management tasks to improve store performance and guest experience.

Participate in a 6-month leadership development program to learn store operations, merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, scheduling, and supervisory skills. Travel between stores, complete training, support store initiatives (resets, remodels, openings), and transition into Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader roles.

Deliver friendly guest service, maintain merchandising and store standards, operate POS, verify age for alcohol/tobacco sales, assist with stocking, deliveries, gift wrapping, and participate in training and company compliance.
