Full-cycle Technical Recruiter partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and place technical and skilled-trades candidates. Manage ATS records and pipelines, conduct interviews and skills assessments, present candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, guide onboarding, represent AAA USA at recruiting events, and meet hiring metrics while building client and candidate relationships.

Support full product lifecycle for aerospace electronic/electrical systems: requirements analysis, systems and hardware/software design, lab specification, integration and flight testing, supplier oversight, field support, and technology research to ensure designs meet functional requirements.

Support aerospace and advanced manufacturing programs by resolving shop-floor issues, improving processes, analyzing build sequences, and conducting Design for Manufacturability reviews. Develop manufacturing documentation, drawings, work instructions, tooling requirements, and ERP routings. Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, production, maintenance, and suppliers to reduce costs, rework, scrap, and cycle time while maintaining configuration control and compliance. Apply root-cause analysis, corrective actions, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methods.

Serve as primary customer contact to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries and complaints, coordinate customer visits and events, manage promotional budgets, liaise with executive management, and support marketing and program goals to ensure customer commitments and schedules are met.

Lead and direct pipe fitting and welding crews on vessel projects, interpret construction drawings, ensure welding quality and adherence to marine construction standards, coordinate workflow, and enforce safety and environmental practices.

Fabricate aircraft cabinetry using 2D/3D data, company standards and work instructions. Perform sub-assembly, mortise-and-tenon, veneer/laminate application, final assembly and installation. Conduct quality checks, material selection and traceability, and timely rework on aircraft. Mentor and train peers, propose continuous improvements, handle finished/plated/painted parts, maintain safety and cleanliness, and work with adhesives/chemicals and in confined spaces.

Prepare, sand, strip, stain, paint and polish aircraft cabinets and subassemblies using spray and hand techniques. Mix and apply coatings, perform touch-ups, protect and prepare surfaces, log labor data, maintain safety and cleanliness, and may train others. Work in confined aircraft spaces and follow OSHA procedures.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of A220 Program including confidential correspondence, calendar and travel management, expense processing, records maintenance, event coordination, relationship building with local officials, and representing the HO as directed.

Author and revise NDT procedures, create CAD calibration standards and procedure figures, set up and perform NDT equipment calibrations and inspections, and report anomalous results and adverse trends. Role requires shift flexibility, occasional travel, and work in confined spaces.

Convert build process plans into clear step-by-step work instructions for technicians, optimize fabrication and assembly sequences, identify materials, tools, and required industrial process qualifications, track and resolve blocking points, and collaborate with technicians to ensure configuration, quality, and process control.

Process and manage invoices, payments, and financial records. Support accounting functions including collections, disbursements, travel accounting, and payroll. Review transactions for compliance, perform basic reconciliations, prepare financial documents, and coordinate with employees, suppliers, and customers to resolve discrepancies.

Develops clear fabrication and assembly work instructions for airframe structures, optimizes operation sequences, identifies materials/tools, initiates industrial process qualifications, and resolves production blockers through collaboration with technicians and customers.

Provide engineering liaison and product review support across build-through-post-production for commercial aerospace (737 MAX). Implement product/process improvements, represent engineering on IPTs and design reviews, ensure supplier compliance, perform damage assessment and interim structural repairs, develop NDT procedures, and support delivery and accident/repair teams.

Oversee daily workshop operations for turbine engine production: manage schedules, supervise staff, enforce EHS and quality standards, drive ERP transactions, improve processes and meet KPIs.

Executive sales leader responsible for building and scaling high-performing sales teams, driving revenue via pipeline development and forecasting, partnering on go-to-market and pricing strategy, establishing KPIs and sales processes, and aligning sales with marketing, operations, and finance to support market expansion and scaling.

Support aircraft flammability certification and compliance: define certification requirements, review and witness test plans/reports, manage supplier interactions, engage industry groups, and drive digitalization/AI improvements.

Create, standardize, and maintain visual work instructions for manufacturing processes by translating engineering drawings and BOMs into operator-friendly visual guides, embedding images/3D models, validating on the shop floor, ensuring AS9100 compliance, and collaborating with engineering, quality, production, and training teams.

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for aerostructures. Coordinate cross-functional teams, perform process engineering, cost/trade studies, and guide assembly, tooling simulations, and manufacturing configurations.

Support design and development of aircraft interior payload systems (headers, closets, partitions, stow bins, wiring). Create and modify 3D CAD designs, validate/verify systems via testing, coordinate with suppliers and production, and support certification and production activities.

Develops and owns build plans and manufacturability for aerospace products. Performs DFMA, creates work instructions, tooling/kitting/inspection plans, validates production readiness, resolves technical issues, implements lean methods, and collaborates with IPTs and Supplier Management for lab test integration.
