Develops and owns build plans and manufacturability for aerospace products. Performs DFMA, creates work instructions, tooling/kitting/inspection plans, validates production readiness, resolves technical issues, implements lean methods, and collaborates with IPTs and Supplier Management for lab test integration.

Prepare and align machined parts and stampings for welding, trim and finish parts to templates, set up assembly jigs, assist senior workers, perform rework and repairs, and meet output and quality targets while following company policies.

Provides administrative and operational HR support including recruiting, onboarding, personnel records management, compliance documentation, benefits and policy guidance, HRIS data handling, reporting, and collaborating on HR processes to support employee experience.

Perform layout, cutting, measuring, and structural fitting of steel components for ship construction. Read blueprints, cut with torches, align and tack-fit parts, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with welders and supervisors to complete projects.

Install, align, test, dismantle, repair, and reassemble shipboard machinery (engines, pumps, propellers). Use blueprints and hand tools to position equipment to precise tolerances, drill and secure installed equipment, lay out passage holes, and maintain the work area.

Develop and qualify NDE procedures, design reference standards, create engineering specifications, evaluate emerging inspection technologies, qualify tools and suppliers, implement corrective actions, and apply LEAN, EHS and quality principles to materials, processes, labs and documentation to meet customer and project requirements.

Fabricate, assemble, and install ship structural components by reading blueprints, cutting and fitting metal, aligning and tacking parts, and collaborating with trades while following shipyard safety procedures.

Manage daily office operations and serve as primary contact for customers, vendors, and staff. Handle customer intake, order entry, scheduling, payment processing, project workflow coordination, recordkeeping, and general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office and project execution.

Lay out, fabricate, and assemble aluminum structural components for vessels using blueprints. Fit, align, secure, and tack-weld plates and beams; operate grinders, saws, and fabrication tools; inspect fit-up; work in confined/elevated shipboard environments and mentor junior shipfitters.

Convert build process plans into clear step-by-step work instructions for technicians, optimize fabrication and assembly sequences, identify materials, tools, and required industrial process qualifications, track and resolve blocking points, and collaborate with technicians to ensure configuration, quality, and process control.

Process and manage invoices, payments, and financial records. Support accounting functions including collections, disbursements, travel accounting, and payroll. Review transactions for compliance, perform basic reconciliations, prepare financial documents, and coordinate with employees, suppliers, and customers to resolve discrepancies.

Evaluate composite parts, materials, processes and equipment through testing and failure analysis to determine root causes and airworthiness. Develop and execute test plans, collect and document data, identify defects and trends, and propose validated process or material revisions. Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise to resolve quality and reliability issues.

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for aerostructures. Coordinate cross-functional teams, perform process engineering, cost/trade studies, and guide assembly, tooling simulations, and manufacturing configurations.

Support design and development of aircraft interior payload systems (headers, closets, partitions, stow bins, wiring). Create and modify 3D CAD designs, validate/verify systems via testing, coordinate with suppliers and production, and support certification and production activities.

Author and revise NDT procedures, create CAD calibration standards and procedure figures, set up and perform NDT equipment calibrations and inspections, and report anomalous results and adverse trends. Role requires shift flexibility, occasional travel, and work in confined spaces.

Investigate production non-conformances, perform root-cause analysis and dispositions, design interim structural repairs, conduct static strength analysis and NDT procedures, support MRB and Integrated Product Teams, ensure supplier compliance, participate in design reviews, and assist with accident investigation and on-site repair.

Perform fitting, fabrication, installation, and repair of ship structures and piping systems. Read blueprints, execute cutting, grinding, and welding (SMAW/FCAW/GMAW), inspect work for quality, operate shipyard tools, and adhere to OSHA and shipyard safety practices in varied environments.

Provide engineering liaison and product review support across build-through-post-production for commercial aerospace (737 MAX). Implement product/process improvements, represent engineering on IPTs and design reviews, ensure supplier compliance, perform damage assessment and interim structural repairs, develop NDT procedures, and support delivery and accident/repair teams.

Perform layout, fabrication, installation, testing, and repair of carbon steel pipe systems. Use grinders to bevel, cut and saddle pipe, and perform ASME-compliant silver brazing in horizontal and vertical positions. Must follow ASME pipe-fitting requirements and pass a hands-on skills test.

Perform testing, evaluation, and failure analysis of metallic materials and assembly processes for aircraft structures. Develop and execute test plans, collect and analyze data, generate technical reports, support qualification of materials and suppliers, assist with technical document updates, and collaborate on continuous improvement and quality resolution efforts.
