Support aerospace and advanced manufacturing programs by resolving shop-floor issues, improving processes, analyzing build sequences, and conducting Design for Manufacturability reviews. Develop manufacturing documentation, drawings, work instructions, tooling requirements, and ERP routings. Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, production, maintenance, and suppliers to reduce costs, rework, scrap, and cycle time while maintaining configuration control and compliance. Apply root-cause analysis, corrective actions, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methods.

Lead component and system design activities, produce ICDs/SCDs, translate requirements into hardware/software architecture, perform numerical and safety analyses (FTAs/SSA), coordinate cross-functional teams, perform root-cause corrective actions, and support factory and flight-line issue resolution across product lifecycle.

Manage ATS records and pipelines, conduct interviews and skills assessments, present candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, guide onboarding, represent AAA USA at recruiting events, and meet hiring metrics while building client and candidate relationships.
