Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and leave administration, compliance, performance management, documentation, policy administration, investigations, and employee records. Partner with managers, recruiting, and operations teams while handling confidential matters, audits, workers’ compensation, HR reporting, and employment-law requirements across potentially multiple locations and states.

Supports daily accounting operations, including general ledger transactions, journal entries, month-end closing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and tax-related reporting. Maintains accurate financial records, resolves discrepancies, communicates with vendors and customers, supports accounting system projects, and identifies process improvements.

Conduct high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for technical and skilled-trades positions across aerospace, automotive, engineering, manufacturing, marine, and industrial clients. Source and screen bilingual candidates, manage multiple requisitions, coordinate interviews, present qualified applicants, support offers and onboarding, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, and track recruiting metrics. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, strong organization, and the ability to meet fast-paced hiring deadlines.
