Sources and procures materials, goods, and services by evaluating vendors, negotiating prices, preparing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring policy compliance. The role tracks orders, maintains vendor records and rate contracts, supports inventory planning, reconciles invoices, monitors costs, prepares MIS reports, and resolves supply issues while coordinating with stores, production, finance, and logistics teams.

Manages GST return preparation and filing, e-invoice and IRN generation, GST reconciliation, mismatch reporting, audit support, documentation, and compliance dashboards. Coordinates with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and other teams to ensure accurate tax coding, timely corrections, and regulatory compliance across business entities.

Supports the Co-Founder by managing schedules, priorities, communications, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination. Tracks vendor interactions, product development milestones, sales pipelines, and client outreach. Prepares reports, presentations, proposals, meeting notes, and business communications while maintaining organized documentation. The role requires strong organization, proactive ownership, independent problem-solving, and familiarity with productivity and project management tools.

Manage the full sales process, build and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, analyze customer feedback, represent the company at industry events, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Coordinate customer communication, order processing, delivery updates, payment follow-up, sample management, complaint resolution, and CRM/MIS records. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely order execution, proactive issue resolution, and improved customer satisfaction. It also tracks feedback, identifies recurring problems, and supports process improvements.

Create graphic, branding, marketing, packaging, and UI/UX designs, including presentations, catalogs, sales decks, social media creatives, digital campaigns, emailers, and WhatsApp marketing materials. Develop wireframes and user experiences, translate business objectives into impactful visual communications, and support product visualization and rendering. Coordinate with event teams and travel for exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events. Video editing and motion graphics experience is advantageous.
