Supports sales teams with quotations, orders, pricing, customer documentation, database maintenance, shipment tracking, reporting, and client communication. Coordinates order fulfillment with logistics, warehouse, accounts, operations, and production teams. Handles customer queries, payment follow-ups, sample dispatches, product availability checks, delivery updates, and internal sales activities.

Manage the full sales process, build and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, analyze customer feedback, represent the company at industry events, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Coordinate customer communication, order processing, delivery updates, payment follow-up, sample management, complaint resolution, and CRM/MIS records. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely order execution, proactive issue resolution, and improved customer satisfaction. It also tracks feedback, identifies recurring problems, and supports process improvements.
