Leads the strategy, design, and delivery of sales onboarding, training, coaching, certifications, and enablement programs. Builds curricula and content, manages an enablement team, partners with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success, and uses performance analytics and AI tools to improve ramp time, rep productivity, conversion, and revenue outcomes.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer, including calendar, meeting, travel, correspondence, expense, and event management. Coordinates executive and organizational priorities, supports Sales and Marketing events, prepares agendas and presentations, records action items, and maintains confidentiality. The role uses AI tools and Google Workspace to streamline workflows and requires strong judgment, organization, communication, and occasional travel.

The Staff Accountant supports month-end close for multiple entities by preparing journal entries, recording accruals, reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts, and analyzing income statement variances against budget and forecasts. The role also supports audits, tax documentation, GAAP compliance, and ad hoc analysis while cross-training in prepaids and fixed assets.
