Led by our Chief People Officer, our HR team includes 11 individuals. ➡️ 1 Chief People Officer / HRBP ➡️ 2 HRBPs ➡️ 1 Head of Total Rewards / Operations ➡️ 3 HR Ops Associates ➡️ 4 TAMs We are responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. All of our interview processes follow the same general format, but we slightly adapt them to the position you have applied to. We have a well thought through and structured approach that we believe gives you, the candidate, the best chance to shine and show us what you’re really made of. 💪
In addition, to ensure you have a positive candidate experience, all of our positions are assigned to a TAM (Talent Acquisition Manager) who will support you throughout the recruitment process.
