Provides investment advisory and financial planning services to credit union members through TruStage and LPL Financial. The advisor services an existing book of business, develops new client relationships through credit union referrals, creates customized investment solutions, and grows revenue through investment sales. The role requires securities and insurance licensing and at least three years of investment sales experience.

Designs, coordinates, and delivers lending training across credit union branches. Responsibilities include training staff on lending systems, products, policies, regulations, and insurance licensing; managing vendor training; delivering business account and branch operations training; maintaining BAI LMS records; producing reports; and providing on-demand branch instruction. Requires local travel and occasional after-hours or overnight commitments.

Directs the credit union’s accounting department, oversees financial and accounting records, prepares financial reports, budgets, and operational analyses, and manages audits. Supervises department employees, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance reviews, and resource allocation. Requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, leadership experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-recognized certification.

Plans, develops, implements, and directs organization-wide projects. Manages scope, contracts, statements of work, timelines, tasks, communications, and status reporting for executives and the board. Coordinates with multiple departments, vendors, and researchers, monitors progress against goals, and provides training or updates to keep teams aligned. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry certifications and four to six years of related experience. Travel to different credit union locations may be required.

Leads the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee training and organizational development programs. Manages onboarding, leadership and soft-skills training, the learning management system, training budgets, vendors, and external learning resources. Oversees an internal employee newsletter and supervises a training specialist. Partners with leadership to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives and ensure employees develop the skills needed to support members.

Supports branch operations systems and the Branch Operations Help Desk, including OnBase testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and vendor or IT coordination. Develops and maintains a centralized knowledge base, job aids, dashboards, and performance reporting. Assists with change management, user testing, staff communications, process improvement, and identifying training needs. Serves as a resource for branch employees during system, workflow, and procedural changes.

Administers and secures network infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, encryption, switches, and access controls. Conducts vulnerability scans, monitors network traffic and logs, investigates security incidents, and responds to risks. Maintains network diagrams, data center equipment, licenses, and documentation. Supports Windows users, system applications, patching, and operational projects while participating in rotating 24/7 on-call coverage.
