Provides investment advisory and financial planning services to credit union members through TruStage and LPL Financial. The advisor services an existing book of business, develops new client relationships through credit union referrals, creates customized investment solutions, and grows revenue through investment sales. The role requires securities and insurance licensing and at least three years of investment sales experience.

Designs, coordinates, and delivers lending training across credit union branches. Responsibilities include training staff on lending systems, products, policies, regulations, and insurance licensing; managing vendor training; delivering business account and branch operations training; maintaining BAI LMS records; producing reports; and providing on-demand branch instruction. Requires local travel and occasional after-hours or overnight commitments.

Directs the credit union’s accounting department, oversees financial and accounting records, prepares financial reports, budgets, and operational analyses, and manages audits. Supervises department employees, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance reviews, and resource allocation. Requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, leadership experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
