Responsible for analyzing and managing accounts receivable, collections, credit holds, and delinquent accounts to reduce DSO. Performs payment research, cash application, AR reconciliations, month-end close support, policy development, customer record maintenance in ERP, and cash flow forecasting while building stakeholder relationships.
