Collects, analyzes, and documents customer business and technical requirements for complex financial technology implementations. Facilitates discovery meetings, creates requirements documents and statements of work, supports project estimates, obtains client signoff, and coordinates transitions to implementation teams. The role requires strong B2B sales communication, industry knowledge, autonomy, resilience, and the ability to build opportunities from scratch in the TV and streaming technology market.

Respond to live chat messages on business websites and social media, answer customer inquiries, share sales links and discounts, and support customer service and sales goals. Fully remote with training provided; immediate start and no prior experience required.

Own enterprise client relationships and complex gifting campaigns from concept through delivery. Provide consultative guidance, creative direction, and strategic gifting solutions while identifying upsell opportunities, protecting margins, forecasting revenue, and managing pipeline health. Lead escalations, pitch and implement technology offerings, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution. Guide clients toward innovative promotional products and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for identity-powered TV measurement features across CTV and streaming. Lead clean room and identity resolution capabilities, conduct market and customer research, define KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer success. Advocate for customers, communicate product direction, maintain documentation, and mentor product managers in a data-intensive advertising technology environment.

Develop and close new SaaS business, build sales pipelines, present product demonstrations, negotiate proposals and contracts, exceed quotas, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role targets finance leaders and CFOs, manages mid-market sales cycles, collaborates with internal teams and partners, provides product feedback, maintains Salesforce records, participates in industry events, and mentors SDRs and associate account executives.
