Own planning and execution of internal, client-facing, and external communications for Current and joiner firms. Manage joiner firm launches, firm visit collateral, enterprise communications calendar, HubSpot email deployments, vendor coordination, branding standards, executive packaging, and presentation materials across channels.

Lead Reflective's finance function: own accounting operations, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, grant and contract administration, audit/990 processes, and produce timely financial reporting for leadership, board, and funders.

Lead the end-to-end autonomy stack for aerial and manipulation platforms: perception, state estimation, planning, control, flight-controller integration, robotic arm kinematics and motion planning, sensor-fusion, sim-to-real validation, system integration, testing, and mentoring a small team through prototype bring-up and field deployment.

Lead accounting operations for the credit union, overseeing month-end and year-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, payroll accounting, fixed assets, regulatory reporting (NCUA Call Reports), audit readiness, internal controls, system improvements, and a high-performing accounting team to deliver accurate financial statements and compliance.

Provide administrative and clerical HR support including maintaining confidential employee records, processing personnel actions, I-9 compliance, onboarding and orientation, recruiting and benefits assistance, coordinating testing/screening, scheduling, document preparation, and supporting employee engagement and daily HR operations.

Lead enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and resident-facing technology across multiple communities. Manage IT operations, disaster recovery, compliance (HIPAA/PCI-DSS), vendors, budgets, projects, and a distributed IT team to improve reliability, security, and resident/employee experience.

Lead development of high-impact visual brand work from concept to execution. Mentor junior designers, collaborate with creative teams and clients, present concepts, conduct research, and ensure on-brand, timely delivery across campaigns and media.

Provides high-level strategic and administrative support to the President & CEO, managing calendars, communications, travel, executive office operations, meetings, projects, confidential records, and stakeholder engagement to enable executive priorities and organizational goals.

Represent children in dependency proceedings: investigate cases, prepare motions/briefs, conduct legal research, advocate in court, collaborate with social workers, service providers and other attorneys, manage caseloads and client communications, and ensure culturally sensitive representation.
