Serve as Product Owner for enrollment and billing correspondence systems: prioritize backlog, write and accept user stories, lead UAT, drive process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure Agile best practices and product strategy alignment.

Make high-volume outbound calls and field inbound leads to small business owners, conduct web demos, close deals, follow up through the sales process, assist with product launches, and maintain deep product and market knowledge to drive retention and revenue.

Build and deploy production-scale feature engineering pipelines and predictive models over terabytes of consumer data. Own end-to-end path from raw data to reliable features/models consumable by autonomous agents, improve income/wealth and propensity models, and help architect the lakehouse and data infrastructure to support agentic systems.

Design, build, and maintain the enterprise data warehouse and tabular/semantic models. Develop database interfaces, scripts, and queries; support and modernize data platform; handle database administration, incident/service tickets in ServiceNow, and occasional off-hours support.

Represent Altafiber at community and sponsored events to engage and educate customers. Execute merchandising, handouts, grassroots outreach, experiential marketing, lead collection, signage, promotional fulfillment, photo documentation, and retail/field support. Handle pickup/transport of supplies, assist mascot appearances, and complete basic expense reporting. Local travel and valid driver credentials required.

Manage day-to-day financial operations for entertainment clients, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, tour accounting, 1099 preparation, financial reporting, client communication, and coordination with tax and internal teams to ensure accurate records and timely deliverables.
