Provide high-level administrative and project support to an Executive Vice President and team: draft and edit documents, manage scheduling, travel, and finances, maintain administrative processes, support board and executive needs, assist with filing and team projects, respond to requests and ensure resolution.

Support the CEO and CSO by driving outbound sales outreach, researching prospects, scheduling 5–10 qualified weekly appointments, logging activity in Salesforce, managing follow-up, and coordinating handoffs to Client Success. Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email, phone, and AI tools to maintain pipeline discipline and advance opportunities to signed agreements.

Provide legal support on private fund matters including fund formation, document drafting, investor onboarding and subscription tracking, managing fund closings and secondary transfers, compiling fund documents, and assisting with AML/KYC and ongoing fund compliance.

Process and pay vendor invoices; research and resolve PO/variance/receiving issues; reconcile vendor accounts, prepayments, and returns; ensure approvals and internal controls; support month-end close, journal entries, and AP batch reviews; provide customer service and complete special projects.
