Perform procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cashiering, scheduling of events/facilities, and inventory/asset management. Manage and improve manufacturing processes: lead continuous improvement (CIP) projects, control/process documentation, monitor critical quality parameters (SPC/control charts), support trials and root-cause analysis, and lead cost-saving projects using DMAIC.

Provide general office and administrative support including maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, preparing internal and external corporate documents, supporting operations tasks, and upholding professionalism and confidentiality among staff and clients.

Provide white-glove L2/L3 technology support for executives: device lifecycle management, email/calendar and M365 support, AV and meetings setup, secure remote access, incident triage, security practices, executive coaching, and operational runbooks for executive services.
