Summer supply chain intern supporting planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, customer fulfillment, supplier management, analytics, process improvement, and customer support. The role analyzes business and operational data, identifies trends and risks, partners with cross-functional teams, and assists with daily activities and special projects. Interns gain practical experience through mentoring, job shadowing, and training at FMC headquarters in Philadelphia in a hybrid work environment.

Partners with corporate leaders and the MNA HR Director on workforce planning, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and policy implementation. Coordinates North America HR programs, talent reviews, site launches, Canadian integration, reporting, and strategic projects. Serves as an English-Mandarin communication and cultural bridge across global stakeholders while tracking commitments, preparing executive materials, managing sensitive matters, and escalating compliance or organizational risks.

Supports the development of electrical system designs, construction drawings, BIM/VDC models, and technical documentation for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. Translates cross-functional business needs into scalable solutions, manages the platform roadmap and change control, supports migrations and acquisitions, and partners with Operations, Accounting, IT, leadership, Applied Systems, and vendors to maintain system integrity and business value.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Chairman, acting as a strategic partner. Manage scheduling, represent the Chairman in meetings, prepare briefings and correspondence, coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, oversee budgets and contracts for Chairman-led programs, lead select projects, manage confidential information, and handle personal matters related to the Chairman's residence and activities. Ensure follow-through on strategic priorities and drive accountability across the organization.

Supports an Agile software development team by eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business and technical requirements. Creates user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts; coordinates stakeholder reviews and sign-off; evaluates change impacts; and supports testing, implementation, troubleshooting, helpdesk support, and technology modernization initiatives. Uses Jira and Atlassian tools to track requirements, defects, tasks, and project information while reporting risks, issues, and status to the Project Manager.

Develop and execute hardware test plans and procedures for rugged embedded computing systems. Analyze test data, prepare technical reports, debug failed test items, identify design defects, maintain test equipment and software libraries, and collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and manage testing resources.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations, workflows, self-service tools, and infrastructure automation. Automate support, deployments, monitoring, health checks, and production processes using ServiceNow and related technologies. Coordinate enhancement releases, support platform upgrades, investigate ATF and Virtual Agent capabilities, create dashboards and KPIs, and serve as the senior escalation point for integration issues. Collaborate with global teams and document automation scripts and support procedures.

Develop and execute tests for a Manufacturing Execution System, focusing on batch calculations, production metrics, data transformations, integrations, and end-to-end manufacturing workflows. Validate results against requirements and source data, document defects, perform regression testing, maintain traceable test documentation, and report coverage and defect metrics while collaborating with manufacturing, business, development, and quality teams.
