Collaborates with marketing, compliance, and regional teams while maintaining high visual craft, regulatory alignment, and production speed.

Design and evolve core double-entry ledger systems supporting balances, trading positions, financial reporting, reconciliation, and proof-of-reserve mechanisms. Partner with engineering, Finance, Data Engineering, and Product teams to ensure financial correctness, scalable data models, legal-entity ownership, pricing, and reconciliation are incorporated into new products. The role requires strong backend engineering, accounting knowledge, and distributed-systems design experience.

Lead product strategy and execution for payments and on-chain financial capabilities on the XRP Ledger. Own roadmaps spanning stablecoin payments, liquidity, FX, and programmable commerce; validate market opportunities; partner with engineering, financial institutions, payment providers, and ecosystem participants; and drive complex initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption. Translate customer and market needs into scalable product and protocol capabilities while managing technical, commercial, and go-to-market tradeoffs.

Manage and scale global employee giving and volunteering programs, administer CSR platform, coordinate volunteer events and nonprofit partnerships, drive internal engagement through communications, track and report participation metrics, and travel to regional offices (20-25%).
