Manage and optimize SAP landscapes, perform installations, upgrades and cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), monitor performance, support S/4 HANA and Fiori, handle backup/recovery and DR, document procedures, mentor junior staff, and act as customer technical contact.

Support global infrastructure as an SME across databases, servers, networks, storage, and application platforms. Provide medium-to-high complexity run-the-business support, incident resolution, project resources, requirements gathering, solution implementation, knowledge articles, and mentoring. Cover 24/7 shifts as required.

Provide front-line technical support to Shopify merchants via email and chat, triage and escalate issues to engineering, perform QA on new features, update documentation, and maintain clear customer communication during problem resolution.

Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and chat; triage and resolve tickets within SLA; perform basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting (AD, Group Policy, RDP, VPN, printers); escalate complex issues; document resolutions; participate in training, projects, and on-call rotations including after-hours as needed.

Lead and stabilize mainframe production operations, handle incident escalation and complex job recovery, coordinate with system programmers and application teams, support change management and disaster recovery, and mentor junior operations staff while improving runbooks and operational processes.
