Lead federal business development efforts by engaging stakeholders, prospecting and managing pipeline, preparing RFP/RFI responses, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to win and grow federal contracts.

Manage full sales cycle for APEX express gas services, build and grow refinery/petrochemical/pipeline accounts, develop technical scope and account plans, negotiate contracts, and provide territory coverage with up to 50% travel.

Recruit and lead the marketing team, manage agencies and budget, and partner cross-functionally to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and organizational growth.

Develop and deliver internal and external communications to align executive vision with operations during reorganization. Create and edit content (newsletters, SharePoint, presentations, FAQs, scripts), support change management and engagement activities (Town Halls, surveys, feedback loops), and track communications metrics to measure adoption and optimize strategy.

Manage and deliver IVLP program design and logistics for 70–120 international participants yearly. Coordinate with State Department and community partners, arrange itineraries and meetings, oversee budgets and reporting, supervise program coordinators, prepare materials, facilitate meetings (virtual/in-person), and ensure program goals and participant support. Occasional travel required.

Conduct outbound account-based prospecting to build enterprise pipeline, engage senior cybersecurity leaders via phone/email/social, partner with AEs and Marketing, use CRM and sales engagement tools, meet activity and qualified meeting targets, and apply AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decision making.

Lead architecture and evolution of Kubernetes-based cloud and hybrid platforms. Design scalable, secure, multi-cluster platform capabilities, drive multi-year roadmaps, mentor senior engineers, lead incident response and platform transformations, and enable developer productivity across hundreds of teams.

Provide onsite technology support for the Washington, D.C. office including helpdesk triage, application and Citrix support, hardware/software installation and repair, AV and mobile device assistance, inventory and asset management, and support for adds/moves/changes. Maintain security best practices, deliver user training, and collaborate with regional and central technology teams. Role requires regular physical presence and shift work (12:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST).
