Build relationships with surgeons, audiologists, hospitals and clinics; support surgical and clinical cases; prepare sales forecasts and business plans; use CRM and sales tools; provide product training and clinical/fitting support; meet territory sales targets and travel frequently for territory coverage.

Lead technical presales engagements to assess customer challenges, architect AI-driven CX/ES solutions, design pilots and proofs of value, integrate systems via APIs and cloud platforms, measure AI performance and ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and influence product roadmap.
