Own the product function for a global money movement platform, including roadmap strategy, customer discovery, technical specifications, payment and ledger capabilities, API products, launches, and partner integrations. Translate regulatory requirements into product decisions, collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, founders, banks, and fintech partners, and establish product processes. Manage deployments, build reusable Terraform modules and Helm charts, maintain GitLab CI templates, troubleshoot networking, IAM, and Kubernetes issues, and improve observability and platform stability with Datadog. Partner with application teams to communicate platform standards and participate in production on-call ownership.
