The Elevate Sales Manager manages a sales team, focusing on exceeding sales goals, coaching representatives, and collaborating with various departments.

Coordinate audiovisual systems integration projects from presale through close-out. Manage proposals, Q360 quotes and job setup, procurement coordination, BOM and inventory tracking, project budgeting and billing, change orders, RMAs, warranty support, and project documentation. Support Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Lead and manage NBA newsroom coverage, assign and edit breaking news, generate and plan story ideas, mentor reporters and editors, coordinate with audio/video teams, optimize audience engagement, and publish via WordPress.

Own day-to-day administration of global benefits programs including enrollments, billing reconciliation, open enrollment, vendor and broker management, and benefits system implementation. Provide employee support and orientations, maintain local benefit documentation, coordinate leaves, ensure compliance with ACA/COBRA/ERISA and data privacy (GDPR/HIPAA), assist audits, and recommend market-competitive solutions for scaling benefits internationally.

Lead and manage fragrance and flavor development projects, liaising between Marketing, R&D, and external suppliers. Perform olfactive/taste evaluations and sensory testing, ensure regulatory, stability, pricing, and formulation compatibility, incorporate consumer insights and new technologies, and deliver training and market trend analysis for assigned brands.

Manage user access and identity across internal systems (Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Atlassian); provision and deprovision users; configure SaaS platforms and workflows; troubleshoot access and configuration issues; maintain documentation and run access reviews; support cross-functional teams and vendor escalations while applying least-privilege and basic HIPAA safeguards.

Own outbound prospecting into mid-market decision-makers across phone, email, and LinkedIn. Research accounts, run multichannel cadences, book qualified first meetings for AEs, maintain HubSpot hygiene, and feedback messaging performance to GTM team.
