Lead end-to-end feature development across frontend and backend for an enterprise data analytics platform. Administer and maintain CRM and data systems (EveryAction, Salesforce, BigQuery, CARTO), respond to staff and affiliate data/tech requests, ensure data quality and de-duplication, create and deliver training materials, build network capacity, manage vendor/consultant relationships, and travel occasionally for in-person trainings and support.

Serve as the UAE-resident nominee director (no day-to-day operations). Handle appointment paperwork, sign acceptance/resignation and bank account documents as needed, and ensure basic UAE legal and regulatory compliance in a nominee capacity.

Serve as the nominal local director for a Korean company, assist with identity verification for banking, tax, and platform processes, and support Coupang onboarding and basic compliance. Provide phone, SMS, and video verification help and relay information in Korean as needed.

Engage qualified lawyers or law firms in Samoa and Mexico to prepare a corporate due-diligence legal opinion (Chinese preferred, English acceptable). The opinion must cover corporate particulars, shareholding structure, historical changes, investments/assets/personnel, business compliance, taxation, litigation/penalties, and any other material matters. Provide proposal, estimated timeline, and list of documents required.

Lead UI/UX design for an AI-driven pharmaceutical research platform: create wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, conduct user research and usability testing, collaborate with AI engineers, maintain product backlog and brand guidelines, and build web interfaces using HTML/WordPress.

Lead creation of digital and print assets across marketing, editorial, branding, advertising, and experiential initiatives. Set creative standards, mentor junior designers, drive projects from concept to production, and partner with cross-functional teams to evolve and maintain a cohesive goop visual identity.

Own end-to-end onboarding and KYC/KYB for business customers: collect documentation, verify entities and beneficial owners (UBO), assess risk and escalate, communicate with customers and partners, and propose process and automation improvements to reduce manual work.
