Serve as first point of contact for pre-settlement funding applicants in a high-volume inbound call center. Answer ~75-80 calls/day, collect and document applicant information, guide intake/onboarding, use CRM, meet sales/quality/productivity targets, follow scripts and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams.

Manage agency partners, editorial calendar, public affairs, and cross-functional programs to position Simbe as the category leader in Physical AI and Store Intelligence.

Lead development of AI systems that monitor and evaluate millions of member interactions, drive performance of high-volume voice and chat agents, and build coaching workflows and visualizations to improve frontline and AI agent outcomes. Embed with frontline teams, scale reusable frameworks across functions, and manage a small team of operators and agent builders to ensure adoption and impact.

Design and implement scalable cloud data platforms and end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines, migrate legacy infrastructure to Snowflake/AWS, optimize data warehouses, build transformations with dbt and Dagster orchestration, develop data processing with Python and SQL, implement IaC and CI/CD, and ensure data observability and governance while collaborating with stakeholders.

Support AutoZone's commercial sales and service operations by assisting commercial customers with product selection and orders, maintaining billing and delivery accuracy, conducting account visits, generating new business, handling cash and returns, managing inventory and vehicle safety, and leading the commercial department when needed.
