Build and execute developer-focused AEO and off-page strategies across third-party developer channels. Create technical content (code snippets, guides, tutorials), engage authentically in developer communities, grow Apryse presence in LLM/AI answers, track pipeline attribution, and collaborate with product and content teams to align technical narratives with commercial outcomes.

Build and maintain dbt models, write SQL to investigate and validate data, implement data quality checks, document lineage and metrics, resolve production issues (including on-call), and partner with analysts and business teams to deliver production-ready data products using modern warehouse tooling and AI-assisted frameworks.

Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers to drive adoption and measurable outcomes with GitLab. Provide deployment guidance, lead workshops and Centers of Excellence, translate product usage data into actionable recommendations, monitor KPIs, manage regular touchpoints per SLAs, and collaborate cross-functionally to align on customer success and expansion plans.

Edit and publish security research and marketing content across reports, blogs, and campaigns. Ensure technical accuracy and style, manage publication via GitHub, run editorial metrics and trackers, build and improve Claude-based editorial tools, extract stories from engineers, own content calendar, and produce social, newsletter, and demand-generation assets.

Serve as first-line member support via chat and ticketing, resolving entry-level issues (payments, loyalty), triaging and escalating complex cases, documenting interactions, collaborating with internal teams and BPO partners, staying current on product changes, and delivering patient, organized digital customer service.

Drive new restaurant partner acquisition through full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, and closing to meet quotas. Maintain pipeline, update Salesforce, collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and internal teams to ensure successful launches and partner relationships. Perform in-market activities and up to 25% travel.
