Manage consolidated financial close and reporting for a global multi-entity nonprofit: prepare and review journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, perform intercompany eliminations and revenue reconciliations, manage bank and payment settlements, support audits, and drive process and system improvements.

Process and reconcile daily deposit operations including ACH, wires, ATM and virtual vault transactions; monitor exceptions, support fraud prevention and regulatory compliance; collaborate with Treasury Management and provide backup across deposit operations and branch locations.

Lead QA for Salesforce-native products: create test plans and automated frameworks (Playwright), run manual/automated and performance tests, manage large Salesforce test data sets, integrate tests into CI/CD, identify bottlenecks, and mentor junior QA engineers while collaborating cross-functionally.

Provide personalized member service across multiple branch locations: open and service accounts, assist with consumer loan applications and closings, process transactions, educate members on digital banking, resolve account issues, and recommend financial products to deepen relationships while following credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

Develop and execute integrated public relations, web and digital communications for the Tribe. Produce writing, media relations, website management (WordPress/CMS), SEO, graphic design, photography/videography, and event communications. Coordinate with departments, support crisis communications, manage multiple projects and maintain Tribal branding and public engagement.

Handle daily deposit operations tasks including holds, stop payments, wires, returned mail, garnishments, reconciliations, and image retrieval. Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, assist with back-up coverage, recommend procedural improvements, and comply with banking regulations including BSA/USA PATRIOT Act.

Coordinate purchasing from requisition through purchase order completion. Manage supplier communications, obtain quotes, monitor orders and inventory levels, track shipments, resolve discrepancies, support vendor onboarding and contract administration, prepare procurement reports, and collaborate with finance, warehouse, and operations.

Lead accounting functions including month-end close, journal entry review, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, financial reporting, cash collections/accounts payable oversight, and partner with operations and the CFO to analyze financial performance and improve processes.

Manage the general ledger and financial reporting for assigned areas, including month-end and year-end closings. Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid allocations, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Analyze GL accounts per GAAP, support internal and external audits, collaborate with departments to improve transaction accuracy, and participate in financial meetings and ad-hoc projects.
