Job Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of the Applicant Tracking System
- Create offer letters for new hire candidates
- Complete background screenings
- Set up pre-employment drug screens
- Hire new hires into Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Update gas card information
- Maintain requisitions in HRIS
- Maintain and update HR recruiting / screening vendors
- Maintain consistent communication with managers and operators.
- Update intranet with documents and company news
- Assist with document maintenance and retention
- Any other task assigned by the HR manager
Job Qualifications:
- Utilizes exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and emphasis on quality
- Proven time management and follow through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Possess a high level of dependability, maturity, confidentiality, and courtesy
- Displays superior written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills.
- Displays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills
- Uses problem solving skills and past experience to overcome workplace challenges, develop new processes, and define outcomes.
