Provide front-desk and clerical support: greet visitors, answer and route multi-line calls, process mail, perform copying/faxing, support departments, record minutes, maintain confidentiality, and communicate patient-safety concerns.

Build and own relationships with national and regional benefits consultants and brokers to position Marvin in RFPs and renewals, drive consultant education and enablement, support finalist processes, gather market intelligence, create enablement materials and tracking, represent Marvin at events, and convert consultant advocacy into qualified pipeline for the sales team. Role requires travel and in-office presence multiple days weekly.

Act as the technical advocate for PIPE FLOW fluid flow simulation and piping design solutions. Work with sales to deliver demos, perform discovery, build value-driven proposals, support proofs-of-concept, and advise customers on fluid dynamics and piping system design. Coordinate with product, engineering, and success teams, track activities in CRM, and represent the product at industry events.
