Lead onsite dock operations as primary ITS liaison to the customer. Perform first-level failure analysis on returned servers/workstations: visual mechanical inspection, component-level troubleshooting and repairs, use test equipment, analyze root causes, document and report findings, communicate with clients and international teams, and support lab assembly/disassembly and process qualification.

Manage and implement cybersecurity controls and standards across automotive manufacturing facilities.
