Own the Global Support organization’s annual operating plan, capacity, headcount, and cost models. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, develop reporting frameworks, validate metrics, and provide executive-level insights and recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Support, Finance, Workforce Management, and People to improve productivity, staffing, cost-to-serve, vendor strategy, and customer experience. Use AI and self-service analytics tools to accelerate modeling, reporting, and operational decision-making.

Lead global calibration, measurement test equipment, and procurement processes across integrated laboratories. Harmonize procedures, ensure ISO 17025 compliance, manage equipment lifecycle and procurement standards, define KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and embed equipment workflows into digital platforms while engaging stakeholders to ensure adoption and governance.

Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints escalated by executives, internal teams, and bank partners. Communicate empathetically with customers by email, document complaints accurately, coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Communications, and identify root causes and remediation options. Lead process-improvement workstreams, contribute to operational improvements, and build expertise in financial products, servicing processes, consumer finance policies, and regulatory requirements.

Own and improve Composer’s brokerage and trading operations, including trade lifecycle management, account servicing, escalations, reconciliations, controls, and risk workflows. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to define requirements, implement scalable solutions, support launches, analyze operational trends, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.

Lead Revenue Operations, owning CRM architecture, data infrastructure, forecasting, reporting, compensation and territory design, and oversight of Deal Desk and Enablement. Drive GTM alignment, implement revenue technology and AI-powered automation, and support PLG and enterprise motions to scale ARR and operational efficiency.

Supports the CEO and CFO through complex calendar, email, meeting, travel, communication, and executive coordination management. Prepares agendas, pre-reads, meeting logistics, documentation, notes, decisions, and follow-ups. Uses AI-enabled tools, automation, and integrated workflows to organize information, reduce administrative friction, improve retrieval, and maintain executive context. Handles confidential information, coordinates leadership, board, investor, and company meetings, and builds strong cross-functional relationships.

Handles incoming owner relations inquiries involving revenue, land, division orders, joint interest billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Logs and follows up on cases, communicates professionally by phone and email, resolves difficult situations, builds client trust, and supports cross-training. Requires strong multitasking, organization, communication, and customer service skills, along with industry-related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and oil and gas software.

Serves as strategic partner and force multiplier to the Chief Revenue Officer, driving revenue leadership operations, strategic planning, goal tracking, executive and board communications, customer and partner engagement, and cross-functional resolution of business priorities. The role manages CRO office initiatives, optimizes executive time, builds scalable operating processes, and coordinates with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, People, and other teams.
