Develop verticalized campaigns for markets including parking, transit, EV charging, and healthcare. Partner with product marketing, demand generation, sales, channel, and content teams to create messaging, campaigns, enablement, and customer stories. Manage programs from planning through optimization while tracking KPIs, budgets, and revenue impact.

Provide trademark consultations to small business clients, conduct clearance searches and risk analyses, advise on registrability, file high-volume USPTO applications, respond to Office actions, and assist senior attorneys. The role requires responsible use of AI-enabled tools, strong client communication, practical legal judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and grow strategic technology channel partnerships, educate partner sales teams on product positioning, generate and convert leads, coordinate sales activities with resellers, support territory sales goals, recruit new partners, and maintain accurate CRM reporting. The role requires onsite meetings with designated partners at least three days per week and collaboration with sales representatives and channel account executives.

Research technical and industry topics, create thought leadership and educational content, support SEO and AI discoverability, engage practitioner communities, collaborate on campaigns, repurpose content, and analyze performance to improve content strategy and execution.
