Supports technical sales through product demonstrations, lead generation, customer outreach, solution design, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead business-unit accounting for a healthcare software company, overseeing close and financial reporting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, capitalized software, sales and use tax, receivables, SOX controls, audits, and technical accounting. Review centralized accounting work, resolve reporting matters, partner with cross-functional leaders, and improve processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and accounting or billing-system implementations.

Create graphic and short-form video content for music artists and campaigns, including Instagram carousels, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, memes, promotional assets, and trend-based content. Adapt designs to artist identities and brand guidelines, contribute creative ideas, monitor social media trends, and collaborate with the creative and marketing teams across multiple projects.

Provides remote administrative and operational support through calendar and email management, scheduling, document and report preparation, digital record organization, internet research, task tracking, communications, virtual meeting coordination, data entry, and special project assistance. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, independent work, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Owns senior customer partnerships, account plans, customer P&Ls, profitability, governance, project delivery, roadmap discussions, service performance, escalations, and internal resource alignment. Serves as Ocado’s senior customer representative and voice of the customer while guiding strategic growth and successful adoption of automation products. Leads customer management teams and requires strong commercial, stakeholder, leadership, people-management, and automation-sector experience.
