Lead bridge and transportation structural design projects from concept through completion. Perform and review complex structural analyses and design drawings using industry tools, ensure QA/QC compliance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, resolve technical design challenges, and engage with clients. Mentor junior engineers and manage schedules, budgets, and regulatory adherence for DOT and municipal projects.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Office of General Counsel: coordinate subpoenas, pleadings, and records requests; maintain tracking and matter management systems; schedule meetings and hearings; prepare and proofread correspondence and reports; support outside counsel engagement, procurement and budget-related tasks; manage confidential records and monitor administrative deadlines to ensure timely office operations.

Manage daily production for a client-facing document review line of business, ensuring SLAs and quality targets are met. Serve as primary client contact for inquiries and escalations, hire/train/coach staff, monitor KPIs and production reports, identify process improvements, coordinate with HR and cross-functional leaders, and maintain strict confidentiality of financial data.
