Serve as trusted advisor for West Coast healthcare clients, manage contingent labor programs, analyze workforce data using ShiftWise/VMS, deliver executive presentations with Excel/PowerPoint, partner with internal teams to improve staffing outcomes, lead projects and process improvements, and travel up to 25%.

Manage and create social-first creative assets and campaign ideas across formats and platforms. Execute design, video, motion, and copy work; collaborate with internal teams; apply platform best practices and trend insights to deliver high-quality content on deadline.

Lead design and delivery of the public-facing API platform and ingestion services. Build scalable, reliable real-time distributed systems, collaborate with product and data teams, review designs and code, address technical debt, take operational ownership using observability tools, and mentor engineers.

Perform manual and automated testing (integration, API, UI) for modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript. Develop and maintain automated test suites and frameworks (Playwright preferred), create test plans and test data, document and report defects, support acceptance testing, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with developers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Lead revenue accounting team and own month-end close for revenue. Interpret complex contracts for ASC 606 compliance, manage journal entries and reconciliations, partner cross-functionally on contracts, forecasting, commissions and controls, support audits, and drive process and system improvements (NetSuite ARM, Salesforce) in a fast-growing, pre-IPO environment.

Lead corporate development and strategic finance initiatives including M&A valuation and diligence, investor and capital-raising materials, and cross-platform growth programs. Build financial models and business cases, track acquisition targets and market benchmarks, manage multi-workstream due diligence, execute cross-sell initiatives with dashboards, and report performance and recommendations to the executive team.
