The Account Development Manager will develop new business, manage existing accounts, drive sales growth, and implement strategic sales plans.

Lead nationwide sales and business development for ETG: build market presence, develop qualified pipeline, win new contracts, manage proposals and contracts, coordinate with operations, and grow a BD team. Target utilities, industrial, data center, oil & gas, and large EPC/GC clients while leveraging technical knowledge of electrical testing and protective relaying.

Run the local 48 Hour Film Project: organize and manage kickoff, drop-off, screenings and awards; recruit participants and sponsors; communicate with teams and HQ; maintain budgets and records; use digital tools and social media to support outreach and operations.

Design, develop, prototype, and test Java/J2EE applications and subsystems. Lead a small development team, coordinate with offshore teams, interface with stakeholders, document work, and maintain technical skills and quality standards. Integrate front-end (Sencha) with Java components and work with frameworks, IDEs, app servers, and Oracle databases.

Hands-on IAM Analyst responsible for PAM implementation and privileged account management, identity lifecycle (provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, SSO), operations (patching, upgrades, certificates), process optimization, role rationalization, and supporting provisioning tools and ticketing systems. Requires collaboration with international clients and NERC background clearance.

Monitor and analyze Russian-language news and social media for a specific region, identify trends and influencers, produce timely reports and recommendations for public affairs strategy, provide translations and cultural expertise, advise leadership during crises, and support on-the-ground media monitoring as needed.

Lead and coordinate Agile Release Train activities: facilitate PI planning, gather and prioritize requirements, develop roadmaps, maintain PI artifacts (RTM, risk registers), advise leadership on Agile transformation, establish governance and metrics, and use Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) to increase transparency and delivery of mission-critical capabilities.
