Serve as the outsourced CFO for a portfolio of startups and SMBs. Lead financial strategy, cash flow management, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, KPI tracking, fundraising, debt and equity financing, board presentations, reporting, compliance, internal controls, and profitability improvements. Build trusted CEO and founder relationships while overseeing financial operations and delivering actionable insights.

Supports trading activity and asset-class lifecycle events as a liaison between front office and operations. Support FP&A for business units by building and maintaining financial models, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, variance analysis, and reporting. Provide recommendations, ad hoc analyses, audit support, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, automation, and analytic accuracy to support business decision-making.

Create practical Excel templates, demo files, and use-case scenarios for accounting, FP&A, finance, operations, and marketing. Improve onboarding with clear demos, produce short guides and walkthroughs, and complete a sample Excel task and paid trial as part of the interview process.
