Manage end-to-end material planning for hardware services: forecast, dimension stock, plan replenishment and sourcing, monitor supplier and repair center orders, perform root-cause analysis, drive cost savings, process/tool improvements, and adjust target stock levels to meet customer demand.

Lead distribution operations and customs compliance for Nanjing site: manage end-to-end supply chain, ensure import/export regulatory adherence, govern LSPs, control costs, set unit targets, and drive continuous improvement and digitalization while developing team capabilities.

The Account Supply Responsible manages the delivery process in Supply Chain, coordinating forecasting, resource planning, and performance monitoring, while leading stakeholder engagement and driving overall supply efficiency.

Manage global hardware transfers and lifecycle activities, enforce compliance with customs, legal and financial rules, update inventory (EquipMan, SAP), coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive process improvements and support global HW Management team.
