Plan and optimize spare parts inventory to meet contracted service levels. Forecast demand, coordinate suppliers and repair centers, maintain master data, support new product introductions and end-of-life planning, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement to mitigate supply chain risks.

Support purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice processing and reconciliation; update logistics databases; track shipments, payments, and contracts; coordinate quotations and vendor extensions; fix errors and map products within the EB system to ensure timely, accurate payments.

Support sourcing analytics by building dashboards and reports, developing analytical models, using AI/automation to streamline workflows, assisting data pipelines and Power BI solutions, analyzing large datasets, and partnering with sourcing teams on digitization and procurement transformation projects.

Support Strategic Sourcing managers with operational sourcing, supplier/vendor database updates, contract handling, stakeholder communication, reporting, and administrative tasks under supervision.

Support material planning and coordination for antenna development projects: track material status and milestones, maintain planning data in SAP and internal tools, prepare reports and analyses, assist with BOM updates and documentation, identify material bottlenecks and follow up on actions, and contribute to process improvements.

Lead logistics operations for third-party hardware across North and South America, managing suppliers, warehouses, customs, inventory and SAP transactions to ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Support execution and monitoring of customer orders and deliveries, maintain tracking reports and dashboards, assist with GR/GI processes, manage order changes, coordinate with stakeholders and logistics, support escalations, maintain supply chain data accuracy, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
