What you will do:
Strategic Sourcing Process
Operational sourcing activities
Give administrative support to Strategic Sourcing Managers
Update and register supplier vendor database
Support on contract handling with contracts/amendment/termination
Contact suppliers, stakeholders, internal areas
Generate some reports and some specific activities under supervision
The skills you bring:
Be studying university degrees in international trade, business administration, finance, economy, engineering or related, with approved university internships for minimum 12 months.
Availability to work from Monday to Friday, and flexibility for hybrid work (office 3 x per week)
Have practical experience in Excel and data management
Outstanding communication skills
Have initiative, a pragmatic approach to various situations and be passionate about generating results.
Proficiency in English language,
Practical experience with MS-office (proficient in Excel & PowerPoint).
PowerBI or any other reporting visualization applications is a plus
Skills Required
