The role also supports AI-enabled procurement transformation and uses procurement intake, P2P, CLM, and AI productivity platforms.

Leads logistics and warehouse management for corporate and face-to-face financial operations. Responsibilities include supplier management, budgeting, invoicing and payment control, cost analysis, process improvement, standardization, AI and automation adoption, and RFI/RFP procurement initiatives. The role coordinates internal departments and external logistics, warehouse, and printing vendors while driving stable operations, quality improvement, cost reduction, and future operating model development.

Serves as a subject matter expert and administrator for enterprise procurement and workforce management platforms. Provides operational support, resolves escalations, leads UAT and enhancements, oversees integrations and data quality, supports contingent workforce processes, and advances governance and process improvement. Partners with Procurement, HR, IT, Security, and vendors while maintaining documentation, training materials, and operating procedures.

Supports regional adoption of enterprise vendor management standards, policies, processes, and governance requirements. Advises Vendor Managers, Engagement Managers, Procurement, and business stakeholders; monitors compliance and vendor lifecycle activities; develops reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and insights; identifies risks and improvement opportunities; supports governance forums, training, onboarding, continuous improvement, automation, and coordination with Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and other functions.

Lead strategic vendor governance for MetLife Japan IT, overseeing vendor strategy, contract renewals, SOW administration, KPI/SLA scorecards, risk remediation, commercial analysis, negotiation strategy, and coordination with procurement, legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to improve vendor performance and reduce vendor complexity.
