Supports regional adoption of enterprise vendor management standards, policies, processes, and governance requirements. Advises Vendor Managers, Engagement Managers, Procurement, and business stakeholders; monitors compliance and vendor lifecycle activities; develops reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and insights; identifies risks and improvement opportunities; supports governance forums, training, onboarding, continuous improvement, automation, and coordination with Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and other functions.

Leads complex, high-value indirect procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple business lines. Independently manages negotiations, commercial constructs, category strategies, supplier analysis, and value realization. Partners with VP-level stakeholders, develops sourcing pipelines, and supports AI, SaaS, data, and digital transformation transactions. The role also uses analytics, benchmarking, procurement platforms, and risk and governance frameworks to optimize cost, supplier performance, and business outcomes.

Lead strategic vendor governance for MetLife Japan IT, overseeing vendor strategy, contract renewals, SOW administration, KPI/SLA scorecards, risk remediation, commercial analysis, negotiation strategy, and coordination with procurement, legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to improve vendor performance and reduce vendor complexity.

Lead enterprise-scale, multi-year strategic sourcing and complex negotiations across indirect spend. Advise SVP+ stakeholders, architect commercial constructs (including AI and SaaS deals), shape category strategy, and drive cost, risk, and innovation outcomes.
