The role monitors KPIs, supports inventory reporting and controls, ensures invoice and shipment accuracy, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Execute import, export, transportation, and warehousing operations for semiconductor equipment and non-system orders in Japan. Ensure on-time, safe, high-quality delivery; manage logistics providers and documentation; analyze KPIs and optimize costs, cycle times, warehousing, and procedures. Support global logistics projects, SAP and TMS implementations, testing, systems integration, and process improvements while coordinating with internal and regional stakeholders.

Lead complex planning activities across product life cycles, focusing on demand forecasting, inventory management, and service performance improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and mentor junior planners in achieving planning operational efficiencies.

Support demand forecasting, inventory and material planning for assigned products, perform shortage and root-cause analysis, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve planning issues, maintain planning data and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement and learning in product lifecycle planning.

Classifies Applied Materials products using U.S. HTS and ECCN requirements for import and export compliance. Audits classifications, maintains classification databases and SAP/GTS records, supports customs audits and inquiries, researches licenses and approvals, analyzes trade data and compliance reports, conducts reviews, develops procedures and training, and participates in corrective-action and process-improvement projects.

Lead end-to-end planning for new products from demand forecasting and BOM/configuration planning through material readiness, production execution, and shipment. Partner with engineering, procurement, sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, and business teams globally. Establish scalable NPI planning processes, resolve material constraints, align supply chain activities, and present risks and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Manages master scheduling, demand signals, forecasts, MRP accuracy, capacity constraints, product routings, supply reviews, and inventory strategies. Uses SAP, Rapid Response, and related planning systems to optimize build plans, resolve data integrity issues, support new product introductions, and coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, marketing, suppliers, and global business groups. Leads slotting and supply review meetings, drives cycle-time reduction, and provides guidance to planners, buyers, and newer schedulers.
