Responsibilities include coordinating RFQs, evaluating supplier quotes, supporting customer bids, selecting suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, managing supplier relationships, maintaining cost models, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The role collaborates with engineering, category management, and supplier quality teams to ensure competitive costs, supply continuity, and successful project execution.

Supervise and optimize warehouse logistics operations, including inventory control, FIFO storage, shipping, export processing, waste disposal, and employee leadership in a multi-shift environment. Coordinate inbound and outbound storage activities, address inventory discrepancies, conduct layered audits, and ensure timely shipment processing. The role requires logistics experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing, strong SAP and MS Office skills, shift-work availability, and technical and leadership capabilities.

Support materials and supply chain operations through warehouse rack organization, packaging-ordering process improvements, BOM updates, procedure reviews, and process improvements across shipping, inventory, scheduling, and customer service. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, environmental, CTPAT/PIP, IATF 16949, 5S, and company standards while participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinates customer and carrier communication, manages outbound warehouse operations and personnel, plans finished-goods and returnable-packaging deliveries, arranges exceptional transport, maintains shipping documentation, prepares reports, resolves logistics issues, and proposes process improvements.

Manages indirect procurement across infrastructure, CAPEX, manufacturing equipment, IT hardware and software, or services. Responsibilities include handling requests and bids, negotiating with suppliers, issuing orders and contracts, conducting tenders and market analyses, developing sourcing strategies, maintaining supplier portfolios, tracking costs and KPIs, identifying savings, optimizing processes, and representing procurement in cross-functional teams.

Coordinates warehouse activities, shipping and receiving, material handling, team training, safety inspections, documentation, expedites, inventory shortages, and continuous improvement. Ensures employees follow warehouse procedures, 5S practices, quality and environmental standards, and equipment safety requirements. Reviews warehouse performance indicators, supports supplier and customer requests, and provides input to employee performance reviews.

Coordinates automotive customer shipments for regular production and spare parts, tracks daily shipping schedules, ensures accurate and timely invoicing and EDI information, monitors future customer requirements, manages empty equipment availability, and administers shipping-area processes. Requires a bachelor’s degree in foreign trade, business administration, or industrial engineering, at least three years of similar automotive-industry experience, advanced English, and knowledge of supply chain, warehouse administration, SAP, APICS, and problem-solving methods.

Plan and maintain steel and aluminum supply for production areas, ensuring material flow, optimal inventory levels, and on-time customer production schedules. The role requires coordinating supply needs, managing suppliers, applying steel specifications, and using SAP/MRP systems within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Analyzes customer demand and material requirements, issues supplier purchase orders, sends forecasts, and tracks inbound deliveries. Coordinates with suppliers and Magna plants to maintain inventory and production schedules. Participates in production meetings, analyzes operational data and trends, prepares management reports, escalates production risks, and supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

Lead day-to-day receiving warehouse operations including goods receipt, system entries, physical material flow, packaging tracking, safety stock management, and 5S/BOZP. Train new staff, cover logistics supervisor duties, manage container/packaging flows, maintain attendance records, and support team evaluations in a three-shift manufacturing environment.
