Co u nás Team Leader logistiky dělá?
- Zajišťování provozu příjmového skladu – příjem, zadání do systémů, řízení fyzického toku materiálu
- Zodpovědnost za řízení bezpečnostních zásob, jejich evidenci a rotaci
- Zodpovědnost za evidenci obalů a řízení jejich toku vůči dodavatelům
- V případě nepřítomnosti supervizora logistiky: Zodpovědnost za vedení celého logistického týmu včetně aktualizace docházkového systému, spolupráce na hodnocení logistiků
- Je zodpovědný za zaškolení nových pracovníků
- Zodpovídá za řízení 5S, BOZP skladů, kontrolu v rámci supervizor rutin atd.
Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít?
- Dobré komunikační dovednosti
- Schopnost práce v týmu a jeho vedení
- Platný průkaz VZV
- Praxe na všech typech VZV (retrak, VZV, ERC atd.)
- Pečlivost, preciznost
- Schopnost stanovit priority
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- SŠ či vyučení
- Min. 1 rok na podobné pozici ve výrobní společnosti, ideálně oblast automobilového průmyslu
- Ochota pracovat ve třísměnném provozu

- Willingness to work three-shift schedule
