Plan supplier release schedules, coordinate pickup and delivery of components to meet customer demand, and maintain inventory records and levels for exterior vehicle components.

Lead global Core Purchasing strategy and governance for RFQ/quotation and sourcing. Manage and develop a global purchasing team, align sourcing with engineering and program timelines, define supplier strategies, monitor KPIs, and drive cost, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement across purchasing processes.

Supervise logistics activities: coordinate raw material sourcing to meet production schedules and manage finished-goods warehouse to ensure inventory availability and product condition for customer requirements.

Manage daily inventory movements, maintain inventory accuracy using QAD ERP, lead materials planning and logistics, drive continuous improvement in MPL processes, mentor team members, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and leverage MES and digital integration for operational excellence.

Manage plant inventory (FG, WIP, RM), support and improve material handling systems, oversee equipment maintenance and AMR mission execution, coordinate with Purchasing/Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality, monitor KPIs, and supervise Area Leaders to meet customer and division goals.

Manage material handling to ensure raw material and empty equipment availability for production, facilitate transfer of finished goods to warehouse, and coordinate storage and inventory control to ensure product condition before shipment.

Supervise shipping and receiving across shifts, coordinate dock and transportation scheduling, manage personnel performance and safety, support material planning and inventory cycle counts, maintain documentation, and lead continuous improvement projects to meet logistics and production needs.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; prepare and process outgoing shipments; maintain accurate inventory records and FIFO practices; use WMS/ERP and scanners; follow safety and forklift/PIT procedures; assist with cycle counts and coordinate with production, suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve shipping/receiving issues.

Manage import/export compliance: HTS classification, valuation, origin determinations, review shipping documentation, prepare ABI/ACE/CAPE filings, coordinate with brokers, maintain SAP traceability, support duty impact analysis and certification (AEO/CTPAT).

Manage and coordinate transportation operations ensuring regulatory, economic, and safety compliance; select carriers and transport solutions; develop transport plans; negotiate rates; monitor and analyze performance KPIs; and produce regular transport reporting.
