Responsible for the plant's master production schedule, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and on-time delivery while leading the planning team and collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage sourcing and procurement for high-complexity capital equipment, tooling, automation, facilities, and infrastructure. Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, cost and ROI analysis, contract management, and cross-functional project support to ensure project budgets, schedules, and technical requirements are met.

Plan, schedule, and dispatch materials to meet production and customer demand. Manage inventory levels, supplier orders, and expediting to reduce scrap and lost time. Support launches and pre-production, apply supplier performance actions (QPFs), follow up on engineering changes via Enovia, and mitigate supplier disruptions.

Manage material planning and purchasing to meet production schedules: create purchase orders, track inbound material, liaise with suppliers and plants, analyze production data, report KPIs, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement.

The Director of Purchasing and Supply Chain oversees strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, procurement metrics, and budget planning, as well as leading a purchasing team and collaborating across departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Provide SAP MM support and implementation, optimize procurement and logistic processes, manage change requests and interfaces (IDOCs), support mobile solutions, deliver first/second-level support, training, documentation, and business consulting for purchasing.
