Manage customer shipment requirements and daily demand analysis, monitor risks to order fulfillment, communicate with customers, process EDI-sent information via SAP and Excel, use customer web portals, and coordinate inventories and warehouse activities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Oversees mobile equipment and AMR missions, cycle counts, plant layouts, pre-shift communication, and issue resolution. Coordinates with production, engineering, quality, and suppliers to maintain material availability and efficient inventory levels. Develops team members, supports staffing, enforces accountability, manages training, and investigates incidents.

Manages industrial material purchasing, sourcing strategy, supplier development, procurement contracts, pricing, delivery issues, supplier evaluations, and cost-reduction initiatives. Establishes procurement policies, plans, and performance systems while overseeing purchasing information management, department expenses, staffing, training, and team development. Ensures compliance with company purchasing processes and environmental and workplace safety requirements.

Procures supplies and equipment across departments, evaluates and negotiates with vendors, develops new supply sources, maintains product and vendor data in an ERP system, supports purchasing needs, and prepares reports. The role requires communication, collaboration, Microsoft Office proficiency, English fluency, physical stamina, and the ability to travel as needed.

Supports program purchasing activities and helps create accurate data for monitoring system and goal implementation. Responsibilities are monitored by supervisors, with additional related duties assigned as needed. Administers foreign trade and customs compliance in Mexico, including IMMEX, temporary imports, inventory reconciliation, Anexos 24 and 31, tariff classification, customs valuation, rules of origin, and import/export documentation. Coordinates customs brokers, authorities, logistics, finance, operations, and legal teams. Manages audits, certifications, and supply-chain security programs such as OEA, CTPAT, and TISAX while mitigating regulatory risks.
