Leads commercial strategy and supplier relationships with global contract manufacturers across product development, NPI, ramp, mass production, and sustaining programs. Manages negotiations, manufacturing cost models, capacity and investment decisions, RFQs, contracts, supplier governance, performance metrics, and corrective actions. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Legal, Materials, Operations, and Program Management to improve cost, resilience, productivity, and delivery. Requires approximately 25% international travel and relocation to Boston.

Supports wholesale accessories and apparel inventory planning through weekly sales and inventory reporting, sell-through and weeks-of-supply analysis, stockout and excess-inventory identification, replenishment recommendations, and inventory movement. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Operations on seasonal planning, product launches, forecasts, reporting tools, and issue resolution across wholesale accounts.

Lead global sourcing strategy and supplier management for electrical components and assemblies across new product introduction and sustaining programs. Partner with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and manufacturing teams on supplier selection, negotiations, cost strategy, capacity planning, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. Manage technologies including semiconductors, sensors, batteries, PCBAs, displays, and connectors while supporting product launches, production ramps, and supply continuity.

Manage wholesale and retail order execution across global channels, coordinating retailer purchase orders, 3PLs, inventory accuracy, shipment tracking, routing compliance, and exception resolution. Maintain retailer portals, documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows while analyzing performance and identifying improvements in fulfillment execution and inventory visibility. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
